If you’re a new patient, we encourage you to visit our Patient Forms page to download and print our new patient bundle. Completing these forms in advance allows us to focus on your care right away when you arrive.

Payment Options
We want to make payment as simple as possible. For your convenience, we accept:

Payment is expected at the time services are performed. If your treatment plan involves more comprehensive dental work, feel free to reach out to discuss financial arrangements.
Dental Insurance
We accept a variety of dental insurance plans and offer direct billing to make your visit smoother. We are also proud to support patients covered by the Canadian Dental Care Plan (CDCP).
