Dear patients and fellow community members,
We’ve all been making adjustments over the past couple of months with the evolving COVID-19 pandemic and hope you remain well. In accordance with the government of Ontario’s mandate, and alongside recommendations of the ODA and RCDSO, Orleans Dental Centre remains closed. We miss all of your lovely smiles!
Although we aren’t able to see you for regular appointments at this time, each of our dentists (Dr. Fadi Kadamani, Dr. Mitch Kaufman, Dr. Todd Lewis, and Dr. Keith Sotero) are here for any of your questions or concerns. We will be reaching out to everyone and rescheduling visits once the official go-ahead has been given for operations to resume. We are reaching out to patients with dental emergency needs by triaging their clinical care. We will systematically reach out to hygiene patients as our schedule becomes available.
As dental healthcare providers, Orleans Dental Centre has always been committed to your health and safety. As part of this commitment, and to help minimize any risks of spread upon re-opening, patients will be seen in the following stages:
1. Emergency and urgent dental management will be first priority
2. Next, our services will expand to specified limited treatment options
3. Regular dental and hygiene treatments (with modified procedures) will resume once measures are eased
We look forward to being able to see you all again and continue to provide a quality of care and service second to none. In the meantime, keeping up with brushing and flossing are essential to maintaining your oral health and avoiding any problems.
